It looks as though there are some new people joining this board for no other reason than to get info on the bdm circuit board and the chips on it. I have received 2 messages so far looking for pictures. I understand that some poeple like to build their own and all that, and I ususally fall into that category. But for 50 bucks you can't beat it.
So I am asking, for the sake of usbbdm's hard work thus far, that if any of the members receive a message asking for this info to delete it and/or report it to the admin. Thanks

Thank you patsfan. I got your message and I also receive exactly the same message from members. They do not fit in my "serious tester" category and I will ignore them. I hope they will not pollute this forum.

And me, as well. In trade for info and pix, I was promised to be substantially rewarded w/ a copy of her SW & FW containing all the premium channels I could eat (so to speak ;D). Am I missing something? I though you could only copy SW & FW w/ the USBBDM. No offense, but, by the time she figures out how to make one on her own, Moto will probably be up to a DCT9xxx! LOL

there are other bdm's out there for free on the internet. you can build them yourself. of course you need to write your own software to communicate with the box as well. the usb bdm is well worth the cash.
