Seems much of what can be done with this box is in the NVram, why don't we start posting working/non-working bins so all can tear them apart and post findings. I have only been able to gather a few, need more to really make some sense to them.
Any hosts lurking?
Great work all! GG

I support the idea. Each area is different though. How can we separate the zones so from the same zone can share their NVRAM files. Also where can we find a place to host these files?
Recently found that EEPROM data in NVRAM play a big role in cloning the NVRAM. Especially on older boards. If you clone a PH8 board NVRAM to non-ph board board, you might get no audio/video. Or no in-band message. Please use the latest software which provide the EEPROM data checksum and you can play the EEPROM data when you found these symptoms.

I am not sure who put this up but I assume they are a member here. This looks like a good place to me if they ok it. dct2000files.50megs.com/When posting files, we need to note which carrier and area (and channel list?) they are for which will greatly help in the decyphering. Nope, still can access it. Annoying pop-up ads at every mouse click, though.

I use the Google toolbar and it kills the pop-ups for me so I never noticed them, but if it pays the bill what the hey, just dl a blocker.
Where is adrianbv6, have we lost him?
Can we upload to it?

I have created a subdirectory under geocities. www.geocities.com/dctbdm/nvram/Anyone want to share their NVRAM please zip it and send to dctbdm@yahoo.comPlease attach a readme.txt tell where the box is used, what board. What box model. I will upload ASAP. I calculated that a zipped NVRAM file only about 12K, so the free space from geocities can hold a lot of files without annoying pop-ups.
